HFMF awards college scholarships to Tomball ISD graduates who are interested in pursuing a degree in the field of agriculture at a college of their choice. Following the completion of an application and an interview, a student is considered for a scholarship based on these results, his or her level of community service, and his or her volunteer work with the Foundation. Since this program began in 2012, the Hudson Folkerts Memorial Foundation is pleased to announce that it has awarded just over $868 thousand dollars in college scholarships to Tomball ISD graduates.

In 2026, all scholarship amounts will end with $30, as on May 17, 2026, Hudson would have celebrated his 30th birthday.  Each year, we will announce our scholarship recipients on Hudson’s birthday, and we will end all dollar amounts with his age.  We look forward to marking many more of Hudson’s birthdays in this manner.
